The promoter is THE HUMBLE OAT CO LIMITED, trading as Otis Oat Milk, of 123 Vogel Street, Dunedin Central, Dunedin 9016.

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Otis Oat Milk Grocery Giveaway opens on Friday 7 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on Friday 18 September 2026.

Only qualifying Otis Oat Milk purchases made within New Zealand during this period are eligible.

All supermarket receipts must be submitted by 11:59pm NZST on Friday 18 September 2026.

The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, directors and contractors of Otis Oat Milk, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

Otis Oat Milk may request reasonable proof of an entrant’s identity, age, New Zealand residency or qualifying purchase before awarding a prize.

A qualifying purchase of Otis Oat Milk during the Promotion Period earns entries as follows.

Supermarket or grocery purchases

• Each individual Otis Oat Milk 1L carton earns 3 entries.
• Entrants must upload a valid receipt through the Otis Oat Milk Ritual Giveaway website.

Otis Oat Milk online store purchases

• Each individual Otis Oat Milk 1L carton earns 1 entry.
• Otis Oat Milk online cases contain 6 individual 1L cartons, meaning one case earns 6 entries.

There is no additional cost to enter beyond the normal purchase price of the product.

There is no maximum number of entries, provided all entries relate to genuine qualifying purchases.

All qualifying purchases made between 12:00am on Saturday 5 September 2026 and 11:59pm on Friday 18 September 2026 earn double entries. During the Double Entry Period:

• Each supermarket or grocery store 1L carton earns 6 entries.
• Each Otis Oat Milk online store 1L carton earns 2 entries.
• Each online case containing 6 individual 1L cartons earns 12 entries.

Double entries are determined by the purchase date shown on the receipt or online order, not the date the receipt is uploaded or approved.

Supermarket receipts must clearly show:

• The retailer
• The purchase date
• The qualifying Otis Oat Milk product
• The quantity purchased

Each receipt may only be submitted once.

Receipts will remain pending until reviewed by Otis Oat Milk. Illegible, duplicate, altered, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible receipts may be rejected.

Entrants should retain their original proof of purchase until all prizes have been awarded.

Where a valid receipt is submitted before a prize draw cut-off, Otis Oat Milk may complete its review after the cut-off but before conducting the applicable draw.

Entries relating to cancelled, returned or refunded purchases may be removed.

One Grand Prize package will be awarded, consisting of:

• 1 × La Marzocco Linea Micra home coffee machine
• 1 × La Marzocco Pico home grinder
• 1 × one-year Ozone Coffee subscription, consisting of one 500g bag approximately every fortnight for 12 months
• 1 × one-year Otis Oat Milk supply, consisting of 3 cases every 3 months across 4 deliveries, for a total of 12 cases or 72 individual 1L cartons
• 1 × Davaar fine wool knit jumper, valued at approximately NZ$595
• 1 × Cactus Ruckus Rolltop Backpack, valued at approximately NZ$249
• 1 × DOC 12-month Backcountry Hut Pass, valued at up to NZ$160

Sizes, varieties and other prize options are subject to availability.

Where colour selection is available, the winner may choose their preferred colour from the standard options available at the time the prize is fulfilled. The final colour is subject to availability and confirmation by Otis Oat Milk or the relevant prize partner.

The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize package will be stated in the Promotion materials.

Promotional prize images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual machine not shown. The appearance or colour of the prize supplied may differ from promotional imagery.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If any prize component becomes unavailable for reasons outside Otis Oat Milk’s reasonable control, Otis Oat Milk may substitute it with another prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

Standard delivery of physical prizes to one serviceable New Zealand residential address is included and will be arranged at the Promoter’s cost.

The winner must provide accurate contact and delivery information within the timeframe requested by Otis Oat Milk.

The La Marzocco espresso machine and grinder will be shipped by freight. Delivery to a residential address requires the winner, or another adult nominated by the winner, to be present to receive the delivery.

The freight provider may contact the winner before delivery to arrange a suitable delivery date. Freight deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Different components of the Grand Prize may be delivered separately and directly by the relevant prize partners. Delivery schedules for subscriptions and recurring prize components will be agreed with the winner following the draw.

Otis Oat Milk is not responsible for delays caused by courier or freight providers, incorrect information supplied by the winner, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Two AeroPress coffee makers will also be awarded during the Promotion.

Draw 1

• Entries close at 11:59pm NZST on Thursday 20 August 2026.
• The winner will be drawn on Friday 21 August 2026.

Draw 2

• Entries close at 11:59pm NZST on Thursday 3 September 2026.
• The winner will be drawn on Friday 4 September 2026.

Each winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received by the applicable cut-off.

Winning an AeroPress does not affect an entrant’s eligibility for the Grand Prize.

The Grand Prize will be drawn at random on Monday 21 September 2026 from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Each confirmed entry represents one chance in the draw.

The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number supplied when entering and will be announced on Monday 21 September 2026.

Otis Oat Milk may announce the winner using their first name, last initial and region.

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, cannot verify their eligibility or qualifying purchase, or has breached these Terms & Conditions, Otis Oat Milk may declare their entry invalid and redraw the prize.

Otis Oat Milk collects personal information to administer the Promotion, verify purchases and entries, contact winners and fulfil prizes.

Information may be shared with service providers and prize partners where reasonably required to administer the Promotion, verify an entry, contact a winner or deliver a prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Otis Oat Milk Privacy Policy.

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting marketing@goodandhumble.co.nz.

Entering the Promotion does not automatically opt an entrant into unrelated Otis Oat Milk marketing. Any marketing consent will be requested separately.

This Promotion is run by Otis Oat Milk and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any supermarket, grocery store or retailer named in the Promotion.

Retailers are not responsible for administering the Promotion, verifying entries, selecting winners or supplying any prize.

Entrants provide their information and proof of purchase to Otis Oat Milk, not the retailer shown on their receipt.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for administering the Promotion or fulfilling any prize.

Likes, comments, follows, shares and tags on social media do not count as entries.

Otis Oat Milk may reject or remove entries where it reasonably believes a receipt or entry is duplicated, altered, fraudulent or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If the Promotion cannot operate as reasonably anticipated because of fraud, technical failure, a platform outage, circumstances outside Otis Oat Milk’s reasonable control or another event that affects the fairness or integrity of the Promotion, Otis Oat Milk may suspend, amend or cancel the Promotion where permitted by law.

Any decision made by Otis Oat Milk regarding eligibility, receipt verification or the administration of the Promotion will be final, subject to applicable law.

The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable New Zealand law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
